Marketing for
Wedding Businesses.
We generate qualified enquiries for venues, photographers, caterers, decorators and bridal designers across the UK — with particular depth in the Asian and Muslim wedding market. Service charges from €800 per month, with ad spend paid separately from your own account.
Every Part of the Wedding Supply Chain
Weddings are a considered, emotional, high-value purchase made by people who have never bought your service before and never will again. That makes this sector genuinely different — and it is why generic agencies struggle with it.
Venues
Banqueting halls, marquee sites, country houses and hotels. Booked furthest ahead, so they need the longest advertising runway.
Photo & Video
Portfolio-led buying. Previous-event galleries do more persuading than any ad copy you could write.
Caterers
Halal, vegetarian and specialist cuisine. Dietary clarity in the ad itself materially increases enquiry quality.
Decor & Staging
Mandap, mehndi and reception styling. Highly visual — Reels consistently outperform static images here.
Bridal Designers
Boutiques and made-to-order. Long consideration cycles reward retargeting more than any other vendor type.
Mehndi & Makeup
Shorter booking horizons and strong local intent — the vendors who benefit most from local SEO.
Planners
Full-service coordination. Higher value per client, longer sales cycle, trust-led decision.
Cars, DJs & Entertainment
Often booked last. Ideal for campaigns timed close to the season rather than a year ahead.
Why Asian Weddings Need a Different Approach
What Makes the Buying Process Different
- Families decide, not couples alone. Your marketing is read by parents as well as the couple — both need convincing.
- Long booking horizons. Venues secured 12–18 months ahead; photographers and caterers 6–12.
- Multiple events. Mehndi, nikah, walima and reception — often several days, often several hundred guests.
- Recommendation carries enormous weight. Reviews and galleries outperform ad copy.
- Specific requirements matter. Halal certification, seating arrangements, prayer facilities, alcohol policy. State them plainly and you convert; leave them ambiguous and you lose enquiries.
Where We Fit
We work across Pakistani, British-Pakistani and Gulf markets every day. We understand this buying process from the inside rather than as research — which shows in creative that reads as authentic rather than borrowed.
That means Urdu and English creative running as separate ad sets rather than mixed, WhatsApp-first enquiry flows, and campaign calendars built around Eid and the actual UK Asian wedding season.
UK Asian and Muslim weddings routinely run to budgets well above the national average. The vendors who market to that audience properly are competing for considerably larger bookings than the general market.
No Mystery, No Jargon
Exactly what a campaign looks like from week one.
Discovery & Numbers
We start with your economics, not your creative. What is an average booking worth? What share of enquiries convert? Which events are you strongest at? Without those figures nobody can tell you what a lead should cost — and any agency skipping this step is guessing.
Tracking Before Spend
Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and enquiry-source tagging installed and tested before a single pound goes out. Unglamorous — and the biggest single difference between accounts that improve monthly and accounts that plateau.
Campaign Build
Separate campaigns per service and event type where audiences differ. A couple booking a mehndi decorator and a family booking a 400-guest venue are different buyers. Combine them and the algorithm averages your audience — both underperform.
Creative That Answers Real Questions
Previous-event galleries, capacity, catering options, pricing clarity, availability. Wedding buyers are comparing four or five vendors — the one that answers fastest usually wins the enquiry.
Enquiry Handling
WhatsApp and form flows so enquiries arrive tagged with event date, guest count and service. Your team stops fielding "how much?" messages with no context.
Reporting on Bookings
Our reports lead with qualified enquiries and bookings — not reach and impressions. If a report opens with how many people saw your ad, it is measuring the wrong thing.
What Actually Works for Wedding Vendors
Meta — Volume
Instagram and Facebook carry most of the enquiries. Weddings are intensely visual, Instagram is where couples build inspiration boards, and Facebook reaches the parents who often hold the budget. Reels of previous events consistently outperform static images.
Google — Intent
"Asian wedding venue Birmingham." "Halal caterer Manchester." Lower volume, higher cost per click, considerably better conversion. Essential for venues and caterers.
Local SEO — Free Intent
Frequently the highest-return channel for vendors with a location or defined service area. "Near me" traffic costs nothing per click and converts immediately.
TikTok — Emerging
Growing for photographers and decorators reaching younger couples. Worth testing — not yet worth your main budget.
When You Should Be Advertising
Earlier than most vendors do. The calendar matters more in this sector than almost any other.
Transparent, and Separate From Ad Spend
Billed in EUR, GBP or AED for clients in the UK, EU and UAE.
- Strategy, campaign build and creative direction
- Tracking setup and verification
- Ongoing optimisation
- Monthly reporting on enquiries and bookings
Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Meta or Google from your own ad account — never ours. If an agency runs campaigns from their account, you lose every audience, pixel history and campaign learning the day the relationship ends. We would advise insisting on this with any agency you speak to, including us.
How much to put behind the ads depends on your service, regions and season. We give you a realistic figure once we understand your business — not a number that may not apply. Clients in Pakistan are quoted separately; see our Pakistan pricing guide.
Working With an Agency Based in Pakistan
What You Gain
- Genuine fluency in the Asian and Muslim wedding market — not learned on your budget
- A cost base well below typical UK agency retainers
- A team running these campaigns daily across three markets
The Trade-Off
- We are not in your office. If you need someone physically present, we are not the right fit — and we will tell you so.
- We work UK hours for UK clients, over WhatsApp, email and video call.
- You own your ad accounts, website, pixel and audience data at all times. We are added as a partner, never as owner.
Questions Vendors Actually Ask
How do wedding venues get more enquiries?
A combination of Google Ads for people actively searching your area and capacity, Meta for inspiration-stage couples and their families, and a well-maintained Google Business Profile. Venues benefit most from previous-event galleries, since capacity and styling are what buyers are really assessing.
What is a realistic cost per enquiry?
It varies enormously by service and region — a mehndi artist and a 500-capacity venue are not comparable. What matters is cost per booking against your average booking value. Tell us those two numbers and we can give you a realistic answer.
Do you work with Asian and Muslim wedding vendors specifically?
Yes, and it is where we are strongest. We understand multi-event weddings, halal and dietary requirements, family decision-making, and the creative that resonates with British-Pakistani, British-Indian and Gulf audiences.
When should we start advertising for next season?
Venues should be advertising 12–18 months ahead of the dates they are selling. Photographers and caterers 6–12. January to March is the strongest enquiry window across the board.
Is Instagram or Google better for wedding businesses?
Both, for different jobs. Instagram builds desire and reaches couples during the inspiration phase. Google captures them once they are actively searching and comparing. Most established vendors run both.
We get enquiries but they go quiet. What is wrong?
Usually response speed, missing information, or no qualification. Wedding enquiries arrive in the evening and go cold quickly — a couple contacting five vendors will engage with whoever replies first with the details they actually asked for.
Do we need a website, or is Instagram enough?
Instagram is excellent for discovery and poor for conversion. Couples comparing vendors want galleries, capacity, pricing guidance and availability in one place. A well-built site also earns organic search traffic that costs nothing per enquiry — see our website development service.
How long before we see results?
Meta campaigns typically produce first enquiries within 24–72 hours of launch. Google Ads within 3–7 days once approval clears. Local SEO takes two to three months to move meaningfully. Bookings follow enquiries on your own sales cycle, which in this sector is measured in weeks rather than days.
Find Out What's Achievable
Tell us what you offer, which regions you cover, and roughly what a booking is worth. We'll come back with a realistic view of what's achievable, which channels suit you, and when to start — including if we think you don't need an agency yet.
No obligation · Month to month after an initial three months · You own your accounts and data · Calls available in UK hours
