Short answer: digital marketing agency charges in Pakistan start from around PKR 35,000 per month for a single service, PKR 60,000–120,000 for a properly managed multi-channel campaign, and PKR 150,000+ for full-service work across ads, SEO and content. Ad spend is always separate and should be paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account.
Almost no agency in Pakistan publishes prices. You are expected to fill in a form, sit through a call, and only then find out whether you can afford it. We think that wastes everyone's time, so here are our actual numbers — and the reasoning behind them, so you can judge any quote you receive, not just ours.
We are based in Lahore and most of our walk-in clients are here, but we run campaigns for businesses in Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, plus overseas Pakistanis in the UK and UAE. Pricing does not change by city. What changes it is the number of services, the number of campaigns, and how much work your account genuinely needs.
Digital Marketing Prices in Pakistan (2026)
| Service | Monthly fee (PKR) | Suggested ad spend |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads management (single campaign) | From 35,000 | 50,000+ |
| Google Ads management (single campaign) | From 40,000 | 80,000+ |
| TikTok Ads management | From 35,000 | 50,000+ |
| SEO (national) | From 45,000 | — |
| Local SEO / Google Business Profile | From 25,000 | — |
| Social media management | From 30,000 | — |
| Two channels combined | From 60,000 | 100,000+ |
| Full-service (ads + SEO + content) | From 150,000 | 200,000+ |
| Website development (one-off) | 35,000 – 120,000+ | — |
| Shopify store build (one-off) | From 60,000 | — |
These are starting points, not final quotes. A single-project real estate campaign and a twelve-project housing scheme are not the same job, even though both are "Meta Ads."
What a Website Costs, and Why the Range Is Wide
Website pricing varies more than anything else on this list. A clean, fast single-page site with a contact form and WhatsApp button starts around PKR 35,000. A multi-page business site with service pages, a blog and proper on-page SEO usually lands between PKR 60,000 and 90,000. Custom builds with booking systems, property listings, portals or heavy integrations run to PKR 120,000 and above.
The honest advice: do not overspend on a website before you have traffic. A PKR 35,000 site that loads fast and converts will make you more money than a PKR 200,000 site nobody visits. Spend on ads and SEO first, then upgrade the site once you know what your visitors actually do.
Why Ad Spend Is Separate — And Why That Matters
The management fee pays for strategy, campaign build, creative direction, tracking setup, optimisation and reporting. The ad spend is what Meta or Google charge to actually show your ads.
Any agency that quotes one combined figure without breaking it out is doing you a disservice, and often hiding their margin inside your media budget. Insist on the split. Insist too that ads run from your ad account with the agency added as a partner — not from theirs. If they run it from their account, you lose every campaign learning, audience and pixel history the day you leave.
What You Actually Get at Each Level
PKR 25,000–40,000 — one service, done properly
One channel, one or two campaigns, tracking configured, monthly reporting. Realistic for a small business, a single clinic, an individual property agent, or a shop testing paid ads for the first time. You will not get multi-channel strategy at this level and you should not expect it.
PKR 60,000–120,000 — two channels working together
For example Meta Ads for demand plus Google Ads for high-intent search, or paid ads plus SEO. This is where most established Pakistani businesses land. Enough scope to test, learn, and shift budget toward whatever is working.
PKR 150,000+ — full-service growth
Ads across multiple platforms, SEO, content and creative production, with dedicated account management. Appropriate for multi-project developers, larger e-commerce brands, and firms with several service lines to market separately.
Why Cheap Quotes Usually Cost More
You will find people offering "full digital marketing" for PKR 10,000–15,000 a month. Here is what that actually buys, in our experience of auditing those accounts afterwards:
- No conversion tracking, so nobody can tell which ads produced sales
- Boosted posts instead of structured campaigns — higher cost per lead, no targeting control
- One person managing thirty accounts, so yours gets minutes per week
- Campaigns running from the agency's ad account, so you leave with nothing
- WhatsApp screenshots as reporting, which can show any number at all
The fee is small. The wasted ad spend is not. We routinely see businesses who spent PKR 300,000 on ads through a PKR 12,000 agency and cannot say whether a single sale came from it.
What Changes the Price
- Number of campaigns or projects. Five property projects is five times the build and optimisation work of one.
- Creative requirements. Video production, drone footage, and UGC cost more than static graphics.
- Competitiveness of your sector. Legal and real estate keywords cost far more per click than most services, so accounts need closer management.
- Whether tracking already exists. Starting from scratch means pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and WhatsApp tracking setup before anything launches.
- Languages and audiences. Running Urdu and English creative, or targeting overseas Pakistanis in the UK and UAE, adds creative and testing work.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Pakistan?
Expect from PKR 35,000 per month for a single service, PKR 60,000–120,000 for two channels managed together, and PKR 150,000+ for full-service work. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.
How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
From PKR 35,000 for a fast single-page site with a contact form and WhatsApp button, PKR 60,000–90,000 for a multi-page business site with SEO-ready service pages, and PKR 120,000+ for custom builds with booking systems, listings or integrations.
How much should I budget in total, including ads?
For a small business starting out, PKR 85,000–100,000 per month all-in is a realistic minimum — roughly PKR 35,000 in fees and PKR 50,000 in ad spend. Below that, there is not enough data for anyone to optimise against, and you are paying for guesswork.
Are prices different in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad?
Our pricing does not change by city. Some Karachi and Islamabad agencies charge more, and some smaller-city freelancers charge far less, but the work required is the same. What changes cost is scope, not postcode.
Do you work with clients outside Lahore?
Yes. We are based in Lahore and run campaigns for businesses across Pakistan, along with overseas Pakistani audiences in the UK and UAE. Everything runs remotely — reporting, calls and account access are the same wherever you are.
Do you require a long contract?
No. We work month to month after an initial period long enough to gather meaningful data, usually three months. Be cautious of any agency demanding a twelve-month lock-in upfront — confident agencies earn retention through results.
Is SEO or paid advertising better value in Pakistan?
Paid ads produce leads within days but stop the moment you stop paying. SEO takes three to six months but compounds and eventually reduces your cost per enquiry. Most businesses should start with paid ads for cash flow and add SEO once revenue is predictable.
What is a realistic cost per lead?
It varies by sector. Real estate typically lands at PKR 800–3,000 per lead, e-commerce lower, legal and B2B higher. Any agency quoting a cost per lead before seeing your offer and market is guessing.
