This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments to SolutionByz, based in Lahore, Pakistan, are handled across our service lines. By engaging SolutionByz for any project or service, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy is designed to be fair to our clients while protecting the time, expertise, and resources we commit to every engagement.
Website Design & Development
A 40% advance payment is required before any work begins. This advance secures your project slot and covers initial planning, discovery, and resource allocation. Once work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
All websites are custom-built to each client’s requirements. As a result, completed design work, development work, consultations, and revisions are non-refundable, as these reflect time and expertise already invested specifically for your project.
Any third-party purchases made on your behalf — including but not limited to domains, hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes or plugins, software licenses, and APIs — are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to external providers and cannot be recovered by SolutionByz.
Website ownership, source files, and access credentials are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received in accordance with the agreed project terms.
Client Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the initial website design, SolutionByz will provide unlimited revisions and redesigns within the agreed project scope at no additional cost until the final design is approved. This satisfaction guarantee is offered in place of refunds, ensuring you receive a website you are genuinely happy with rather than a returned payment.
Digital Marketing Services
For digital marketing engagements, 50% of the total service fee must be paid in advance before work begins. The remaining 50% is due at the agreed project midpoint or mid-service milestone, as defined in your service agreement.
The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers strategy development, account setup, and resources committed to your campaigns. Monthly management fees are non-refundable after the service period has begun.
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms — including Meta, Google, TikTok, or any other advertising network — is non-refundable, as these funds are paid directly to the platforms and are outside SolutionByz’s control.
Marketing results — including sales, leads, ROAS, search rankings, conversions, and similar outcomes — cannot be guaranteed. Performance depends on numerous factors beyond our direct control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, and product or offer quality. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of campaign performance.
Refund Processing
In the rare event that a refund is approved — which is granted solely at the discretion of SolutionByz — the approved amount will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method where possible.
