SolutionByz provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, TikTok Ads management, SEO services, content strategy, lead generation, branding, and website development. Specific service terms are agreed upon in individual client contracts.

By accessing solutionbyz.com, you agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Intellectual Property

Client Work
Creative work, campaign strategies, and reports produced for clients remain the property of SolutionByz until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
SolutionByz provides digital marketing services in good faith based on available data and best practices. We cannot guarantee specific results (such as a particular ROAS or lead volume) as advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside our direct control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client product quality.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the working relationship, including campaign data, strategies, client lists, and business information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
